About Us

Who We Are

Etipser was inspired by founder Lisa Shamah’s personal journey as a parent of a child with Down syndrome. Her challenges in finding qualified caregivers and ensuring they received adequate training drove her to streamline this process for others by establishing Etipser. At the heart of our company is a commitment to helping families navigate the complexities of caregiving with ease, compassion, and excellence.

Our Philosophy

At Etipser, we embrace person-centered care as our guiding principle. We believe in treating every individual with unwavering respect, dignity, and empathy. By understanding and valuing each person’s unique aspirations, preferences, and challenges, we create a nurturing environment that fosters growth, independence, and fulfillment.

We’re dedicated to advocacy, offering clients and families the guidance needed to navigate school systems and the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Through this support, we empower families to make informed decisions and advocate for themselves and their loved ones.

Women-Owned & Arizona Native

As a local, Arizona-based business, Etipser takes pride in being deeply rooted in the community we serve. Soon to be recognized as a women-owned business, we are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and innovation in the care industry.
